About

Young Engineers Club (KMI)

KMI is part of the Engineer Institution of Macedonia and states the need for affirmation of young engineers and engineering in general in the society, as one of the moving parts of the economy. The Club’s prime interest is interaction between young engineers and students from Republic of North Macedonia with their colleagues from Europe on a professional level, while attending mutual conferences and events that promote technical sciences, engineering practical work and new accomplishments, as well as challenges.

European Young Engineers (EYE)

The European Young Engineers (EYE) is a strong organization that serves as a representative for over 500,000 young engineers from more than 20 countries within the European Higher Education Area (EHEA). Founded in 1994, EYE’s structure is made up of 28 member associations, which include national engineering associations, student organizations, and grassroots young engineers’ groups.

EYE not only brings together engineers of diverse backgrounds but also provides a platform for representatives from each member association to share best practices, either individually or as part of a national association. This collaboration results in benefits not just for the young engineers, but also for association leaders and staff, offering opportunities to leverage EYE membership to develop and improve their associations.

For over twenty years, EYE has been organizing conferences to cultivate an international community where engineers can connect, share their passion for engineering, exchange knowledge, and gain an insight into living and working abroad. EYE operates independently and in the political interest of its member associations, reflecting Europe’s unity enriched by different individuals and cultures. The goal is to ensure comprehensive access to these conferences, fostering the spirit of unity, diversity, and mutual growth among its members.
