Paul Jenkinson
Position: President of the European Young Engineers
Paul Jenkinson, President of European Young Engineers, leads an international non-profit uniting 100,000’s of young engineers across 30+ European engineering institutions. Holding a Master’s in Chemical Engineering, he’s managed various roles at Brookfield Infrastructure, overseeing the commissioning of the UK’s inaugural public 100% hydrogen pipeline. Presently, he serves as a Low Carbon District Energy Design Engineer, crafting heating and cooling networks across the UK. Paul has leadership experience through chairing the Institute of Chemical Engineering’s National Early Careers Committee (IChemE NECC, UK&I) and founding the European Federation of Chemical Engineers Early Career ChemEng’s group (EFCE EC).

Hristina Spasevska
Position: Professor at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information
Technologies, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje
Hristina Spasevska is Professor at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje. She is President of the Association of Engineering Societies-Engineering Institution of Macedonia, President of Metrology Council of the Bureau of Metrology, National representative at the Forum of the European Council for Innovation and Chairperson of international conferences “WIN-Women IN”.
In the last ten years she has been a team leader or participant in more than 20 international research and development projects within the programs: FP7, EUREKA, Horizon 2020, IPA, COST, Erasmus, International Atomic Energy Agency, World Bank and Central European Initiative.
Hristina Spasevska is co-author of more than 80 papers, most of them published in the international scientific journals or presented at conferences in the field new materials and their application in energysystems. She had published more than 10 books and textbooks for students. In the 2019 she won the “13 November” award for outstanding achievements in science, technology and economy in the field of Renewable Sources of Energy and Energy Efficiency.
Tina Manoleva
Position: President of Young Engineers Club
Tina Manoleva is the President of Young Engineers Club in North Macedonia. She has a master’s degree in electrical engineering and information technologies in the field of renewable energy sources and has worked on projects involving photovoltaic systems for electricity production. In the past, she has worked in the Macedonian Transmission System Operator, and is currently working as a Head of Trading in a company for energy trade and supply.
She has received several certificates and awards and has actively participated in many conferences as an author of papers. In her career Tina has worked on many publications on renewable energy sources and energy cooperatives.
